Q. What about theft?
A. All information is verified about the borrower prior to loaning your Mercedes-Benz. Also, a vehicle locating device is installed in your Mercedes-Benz while on loan, such as LowJack or competing devices.

A. A vehicle inspection is done when we accept possession of the vehicle, and when the borrower accepts possession of the vehicle from us. Also a digital camera is used during each change of possession. The borrower is responsible for any damage while the vehicle is in his or her care.

A. Your 2nd car, or you can drive a rental car for as little as $125.00 per week. We have special pre-negotiated rates with

Q. Does Connoisseur1 maintain my Mercedes-Benz?
A. Absolutely! We do the oil and filter changes, brakes, body, tires, and all scheduled maintenance.

Q. How much am I charged for maintenance?
A. A percentage is reserved from the maintenance fee paid by the driver, every time your Mercedes-Benz is loaned out. A portion is reserved as the administration dues and a portion goes into your vehicle account and is applied to any and all work performed on your Mercedes-Benz in the future, as needed. You are informed of all estimates (we do not seek ridiculous profits as dealers do, for maintaining your vehicle). Rates will always be more than reasonable. And will be less than any dealer price.
